May we take this opportunity to wish Alison a speedy recovery.
Dressage Demonstration with a Difference by Alison Woulds - Advanced Dressage Rider and Trainer.
10.30am - 4.00pm
Alison Woulds has trained and competed up to Grand Prix Level British Dressage, she is a level 2 BD Rider and a BD Trainee Judge, some of her recent competition achievements are: -
• Summer Regional FEI Prix St George Championships Finalist 2007,
• Sheepgate Tack and Togs Advanced Championships Finalist 2007,
• Competed at Grand Prix 2007,
• Winner of qualifier for BD Winter Regional Championships FEI Prix St George Music 2007,
• BD Winter Regional Finalist FEI Prix St George Music Championship 2008,
• Placed in top ten at BD Premiere League in both FEI Prix St George and FEI Intermediare 1, 2008.
In this Demonstration Alison will ride and demonstrate some of the skills she has acquired over the years to train novice horses in the basics to the more advanced movements of the Grand Prix Test, she will be putting her Top Hat and Tails on and Ride her beautiful advanced horse through her winning qualifying test of Prix St George Music Freestyle.
There will be guinea pig riders where Alison will help with any training issues.
This will be an audience participation demonstration whereby you will get the chance to ask questions and also specify which movements you want demonstrated from different tests to help you understand the correct way to test ride for the higher marks available.
The beauty of Alison is her enthusiasm, her thirst for knowledge and her desire to help others achieve the best from themselves and their horses, she is a true grass roots rider that understands the problems that normal every day people and horses struggle on with, she has been there herself and worked her way through it and now is at the very top. Alison says 'if I can do it so can you' .
There will also be a raffle with some fabulous prizes to be won some of which include Clothing from Joules, Dressage Success Supplement from Feedmark, Vouchers for British Horse Feeds, Bottle of Champagne, private training session and many more, watch this space for updates.

Trainers from the past, as a child Janet Smith from Oakly Riding School, then Jeanette Brakewell, Andrew Gould, Angela Eastwood, but most recently a huge thank you goes to Rachel Ivtsan who gave Alison the chance to buy Kenny and who has trained Alison to within an inch of her life and got her to Grand Prix.
